1. Background
a. Company History
In 2018 Patrick Mkaya Mkhabela went through the painful process of registering his recruitment
business at CIPC. He realised that there is much value to create in the market of online companies
registrations. He launched www.pattwins.wixsite/pattwinsholdings that same year, offering clients to
register their companies at the CIPC on their behalf. He provided a professional (online) personal service
at a fraction of the cost of lawyers and accountants.
b. What we do
We focus on offering entrepreneurs a Company Registration service at CIPC. As all businesses need Tax,
BEE, Websites and much more – this becomes the bulk of our sales. All of these other specialist services
are provided by our in-house Specialists at a price and quality which is tailor-made for a start-up
business.

a. Services
Company Registration: We prepare all the required paperwork for your business and submit it to CIPC
through our online system.
BEE: Our accountant can certify companies for BEE under SAIBA.
Tax: We have a SARS Department which deals directly with SARS on behalf of our client’s needs.
b. Business competitiveness
Consultation. We have Business Consultants which oversee each client’s account as a Professional
Accountant or Lawyer would. This is done on a toll-free number.
Price. As we specialise, our services are provided at a fraction of the market price.
Online. Clients do not have to visit our firm for any services – everything can be done online.
